When I click on "Members" I see access denied without ever being asked for my password ?
You are most likely using an older version of AOL3.0. This is a bug in some AOL packages. The problem is easily solved when you upgrade your AOL software to the most recent version.
I am denied access but am sure my subscription has not expired.
The most likely problem is entering your username or password in the incorrect case. Make sure your CAPS LOCK key is not on.
